HOOFERS WALKING CLUB
Come along and join the Hoofers as they walk around Heyfield and beyond.
The group meets at the Resource Centre at 9am during term 1 and 4 and 10am in term 2 and 3.
Relax and heal with yoga classes
Come & experience the healing power of Yoga & benefit from a holistic approach to health & wellbeing. A wonderful way to feel younger, energised & peaceful.
THURSDAYS, 9.00am to 10.30am: Join Carol in Vinyasa flow yoga which strengthens health and harmony. $14 per person or $12 concession.
FRIDAYS, 10.30am to 11.30am: Lynda combines gentle stretching & strengthening practices, breathing & meditation/relaxation techniques with consideration to individual’s abilities & needs.
$10 per class.
Both classes are held at the Heyfield Memorial Hall. All you need is to bring is a yoga mat, a smile & wear comfortable clothing.
EXERCISE - AGING WITH ATTITUDE
A specific circuit style class for the over 50s focusing on improving strength, flexibility and balance with Kim.
Includes functional exercises to assist in day to day living.
Every Tuesday beginning in term 3 from 9am to 10am at the Heyfield Memorial Hall. $10 per session - no necessary.
A gentle and healing way to bring mind, body and spirit together with this ancient form of dance.
Relieve daily stress, release creative energy and centre yourself whilst moving the body to a wide range of traditional and contemporary music.
Every Tuesday during the term from 2pm to 3pm at the Heyfield Memorial Hall. $5 per person.
