HOOFERS WALKING CLUB

Come along and join the Hoofers as they walk around Heyfield and beyond. 

The group meets at the Resource Centre at 9am during term 1 and 4 and 10am in term 2 and 3.

RELAX AND HEAL WITH YOGA CLASSES

Come & experience the healing power of Yoga & benefit from a holistic approach to health & wellbeing. A wonderful way to feel younger, energised & peaceful.
THURSDAYS, 9.00am to 10.30am: Join Carol in Vinyasa flow yoga which strengthens health and harmony.  $14 per person or $12 concession. 
Classes are held at the Heyfield Memorial Hall.  All you need is to bring is a yoga mat, a smile & wear comfortable clothing.

GENTLE YOGA

Make some time and come along to a Gentle Yoga session where you'll be lead through some easy poses that will clear your mind and center your body.

Join Lynda at the Heyfield Memorial Hall on FRIDAYS, 10.30am - 11.45am. 

 $10 per session

WALKING BASKETBALL

If you are looking for a fun, social and gentle on the body activity, then this is for you!

Each session run by our own local personal trainer Pip, will cover warm up exercises, skill based drills and a game.

All ages and abilities are welcome!

Join us at the Heyfield Basketball Stadium every MONDAY, 12pm - 1pm.

$10 per session

TAI CHI

Why not come and try Tai Chi!

Gentle on the body but great for flexibility and relaxation.

On every Monday at the Heyfield Community Resource Centre, 1.45pm - 2.45pm

$12 per session
